Paulina is always punctual, diligent, and radiates positivity. She prepares fresh fruit and snacks early every day, and her warm "good morning" smile became something we looked forward to. Luis was incredibly helpful, approachable, reliable, and quick to resolve any issues with genuine care.

Being on the 8th floor gave me a really nice view of the surroundings.

This is my second time staying at Diff Rent for a short period of time, and both times have been great! The rooms are an ideal size for one person and have everything you need in them to make it an easy living environment.
The building has many fantastic facilities such as a beautiful lounge upstairs, a terrace area, gym, and cinema room, to name a few of the features within the building.
The management team and staff are very helpful, and if there are any issues, they get resolved quickly. The location is ideal with being a few minutes walk from the tube as well as many shops close by. For someone looking to move in, I'd recommend it! 👌

It’s very close to the tube, bus stops, shopping malls, and parks. It’s in a quiet, safe, and residential area.
The staffs are responsive and helpful (shoutout to Paulina who makes everything smooth and easy). Free events such as yoga classes are offered from time to time.
The building itself has great facilities. The rooms are sunlit and airy, and there is an amazing rooftop terrace for working and dining.
Overall, it offers mid-range price studios (for London) with privacy, convenience, good facilities and service. It has been a great time calling the studio here “home”.

I lived in one of the studios at Diff-Rent for about 9 months and honestly had an amazing experience! The management team is absolutely lovely — super friendly, always welcoming, and you’re never missed without a cheerful “hi” when you walk by. They regularly organize fun and engaging events for residents, like cake-making workshops, yoga classes, and dance sessions.
The shared spaces — cinema room, gym, library, and other social areas — are always spotless and easy to access. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches too, like free coffee every day and the beautifully decorated Christmas tree during the holidays, which made the whole place feel warm and festive.
Maintenance requests were always handled quickly and efficiently, making life here hassle-free. And when my parents visited, I was able to easily book another studio for them, which was super convenient.

I stayed here for the first 6 months of my time here in London, and by all means, it was well above my expectations. Right from the day I moved in till I moved out recently, it was pleasant. Diff Rent management folks here are super helpful, always ready to extend you any support required you ask of them, super polite and great to interact with. Yes, the rent could have been little lower but to be frank, it gets made up by all amenities they extend as part of the package. You can't ask for more. I don't believe I ever met someone at concierge desk or otherwise from the management team here, who did not greet you with pleasantries.

The studio room was immaculate when I moved in, and the staff was flexible with removing furniture as an option before I moved in.
Further, I needed to stay an extra 2 days after my move out date due to unforseen work circumstances, and they were receptive and willing to extend it until it was over (Cheers Luis!)
