Your monthly rent includes: fully furnished studio, all utilities (electricity, water, heating), high-speed WiFi, gym access, yoga classes, cinema room, co-working spaces, library, communal lounges, regular community events, on-site concierge, and maintenance. Council tax is not included.

How far is DIFF_RENT from central London?

DIFF_RENT is a 2-minute walk from Harrow-on-the-Hill station. From there, Baker Street is approximately 20 minutes on the Metropolitan Line, and Marylebone is 15 minutes on Chiltern Railways.

Our seven named studios are Nehru (Gold, 17.9 m², £1,525/month), Hamilton (Silver, 18.8 m², £1,535/month), Churchill (Silver, 19.2 m², £1,545/month), Kennedy (Platinum, 19.6 m², £1,555/month), Windsor (Gold, 21.65 m², £1,565/month), Linely (Gold, 23.6 m², £1,575/month), and Thani (Platinum, 28.9 m², £1,700/month). All are fully furnished with private bathrooms and kitchenettes.
