"This is my second time staying at Diff Rent for a short period of time, and both times have been great! The rooms are an ideal size for one person and have everything you need in them to make it an easy living environment. The building has many fantastic facilities such as a beautiful lounge upstairs, a terrace area, gym, and cinema room, to name a few of the features within the building. The management team and staff are very helpful, and if there are any issues, they get resolved quickly. The location is ideal with being a few minutes walk from the tube as well as many shops close by. For someone looking to move in, I'd recommend it! 👌"

"I lived here for 7 months and it was a very good experience. It’s very close to the tube, bus stops, shopping malls, and parks. It’s in a quiet, safe, and residential area. The staffs are responsive and helpful (shoutout to Paulina who makes everything smooth and easy). Free events such as yoga classes are offered from time to time. The building itself has great facilities. The rooms are sunlit and airy, and there is an amazing rooftop terrace for working and dining. Overall, it offers mid-range price studios (for London) with privacy, convenience, good facilities and service. It has been a great time calling the studio here “home”."

"I lived in one of the studios at Diff-Rent for about 9 months and honestly had an amazing experience! The management team is absolutely lovely — super friendly, always welcoming, and you’re never missed without a cheerful “hi” when you walk by. They regularly organize fun and engaging events for residents, like cake-making workshops, yoga classes, and dance sessions. The shared spaces — cinema room, gym, library, and other social areas — are always spotless and easy to access. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches too, like free coffee every day and the beautifully decorated Christmas tree during the holidays, which made the whole place feel warm and festive. Maintenance requests were always handled quickly and efficiently, making life here hassle-free. And when my parents visited, I was able to easily book another studio for them, which was super convenient. I thoroughly enjoyed my time living at Diff-Rent — it’s a vibrant, well-managed community that genuinely cares about its residents."

"Recently enquired about renting here. Management and staff very helpful and informative. Viewed property, very beautiful apartment, spacious flats for one person. Perfect location for needs and ample communal area where I can book to conduct teams meeting etc. Rental process very smooth sailing and easy, management helped with queries I was confused about. Any issues were resolved in timely manner. Would 100% recommend for working professionals, location is great, short walk to Harrow bus station and tube station and views from property beautiful. Staff onsite till late to help with queries, felt very welcomed. Moving houses is stressful but it has been rather stress free 😁 Many thanks Diff_rent for giving me a pleasant rental experience ❤️"

"I stayed here for the first 6 months of my time here in London, and by all means, it was well above my expectations. Right from the day I moved in till I moved out recently, it was pleasant. Diff Rent management folks here are super helpful, always ready to extend you any support required you ask of them, super polite and great to interact with. Yes, the rent could have been little lower but to be frank, it gets made up by all amenities they extend as part of the package. You can't ask for more. I don't believe I ever met someone at concierge desk or otherwise from the management team here, who did not greet you with pleasantries. "I stayed here for 6 months while I was finishing off some contract work! The studio room was immaculate when I moved in, and the staff was flexible with removing furniture as an option before I moved in. Further, I needed to stay an extra 2 days after my move out date due to unforseen work circumstances, and they were receptive and willing to extend it until it was over (Cheers Luis!) Amazing staff and team! Management was kind and responsive! Maintenence was responsive and fixed issues immediately without delay. Reception staff were always positive and keen to help! Shoutout to Paulina in particular, who would always remind me to grab my free coffee from the machine before the deadline! Best wishes to the Diff Rent Team"

"Fantastic management team, offers the best support & hospitality. I would highly recommend this property and managers especially Luis, Paulina, Sufyaan and supporting staff. The property landlords Irfan and Marin are very cooperative and kind enough to make the overall living experience smooth and homely. A1 class facilities such as the gym, game room, theatre, co-working area, silent library and social room indirectly give you the feeling that you are living in an extended bungalow!"

"I just finished a three-month stay at DIFF_RENT, and honestly, it felt like home. As someone who works from home, I really appreciated the setup here. I could easily switch from working in my studio to the library or co-working space whenever I needed a change of scenery or had a last-minute meeting. The flexibility made my workdays so much more manageable. What I really loved, though, was the balance between work and downtime. The on-site cinema became a regular spot for me to unwind after a long day. It was great knowing I could just pop in for a movie whenever I wanted. The staff were fantastic—always super friendly and ready to help out whenever I needed something. And I have to give a special mention to the WiFi—it was reliable, which is something you don’t always find in places like this. It made my work-from-home life a whole lot easier. All in all, DIFF_RENT was a great place to stay. It had everything I needed, from workspaces to relaxation spots, and the community vibe was a nice bonus. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live, especially if you’re working remotely."
